On Friday, October 29th, Gary and the Lt. Dan Band celebrated CSI:NY’s mid-season at CBS studios and a few lucky fans attended this invitation only event.  Below are a couple of concert photos from Glenda C. who also enjoyed a tour of the CSI:NY set earlier in the day (photos from the set tour coming soon).

Interviews Galore: IMBd “Star of the Day,” Psychology Today and Scene Magazine

IMBd recently featured Gary as their “Star of the Day” and shared a video interview wherein Gary talks about one of his favorite movies, discovering acting, CSI:NY, and the many benefits and features of using IMBd. See the interview in its entirety here: IMBd 20th Anniversary Interview with Gary Sinise.

Scott Barry Kaufman at Psychology Today  also recently talked with Gary for his Beautiful Minds blog.  In addition to Operation International Children and The Disabled Veterans’ Life Memorial, Gary shared his thoughts about the creative process including “group creativity,” the idea of natural ”talent” versus teaching ”talent,” and wrestling with lack of self-esteem.  Read the interview in Kaufman’s blog Beautiful Minds: Conversations on Creativity with Gary Sinise.

And a heads-up for the November-December issue of Scene Magazine which will feature A. John Buckley’s interview Gary.  Read a few teasers by following Scene on twitter and check back here (or SiniseFans on twitter) when the issue is released.
